Henniker Fire 4 Charged

New Hampshire State Fire Marshal J. William Degnan, Henniker Police Chief Ryan Murdough, and Henniker Fire Chief Keith Gilbert, announced that the fire reported at 6 Hemlock Corner Loop at 5:27 a.m. on January 4th has been determined by investigators to be “incendiary”. This means that the fire was deliberately ignited under circumstances in which the person knew the fire should not be ignited. As a result of this ongoing joint investigation, four individuals have been arrested and charged with various criminal offenses. The investigation is active and more arrests and charges are possible.
