CGT gift of TAR jackets to LPD

Londonderry Police calls out the TAR team (Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team) when a serious or fatal motor vehicle collision occurs in Londonderry. One example would be December 17th, 2009 when a driver operating under the influence of an Alcoholic Beverage struck a Fred Fuller Oil tanker truck. While investigating that incident the TAR team were surprised when a motorist traveled through the scene.
