Year of the Squirrel Londonderry Band Works it's way to China
The Londonderry Lancer Marching Band and color guard is once again working its way to another event. This time the fund raising efforts will be much more aggressive than in the past. This is not a trip to sunny Florida, New York or Washington. While three nearly unprecedented trips to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena is impressive taking 300 plus students to the other side of the world is a mammoth undertaking. The trip to Beijing China for the 2008 Olympic Cultural Festival will be the crown Jewel in Director Andy Soucy’s career.
